High Gloss Piano Black cabinets and new solid aluminum horn tweeters derived from the Magellan line highlight these limited edition speakers. The Antal's superb midrange driver was designed especially for this model, and the Comete has a newly designed bass/mid driver. Both have upgraded internal wiring to complete the package. Mids and highs are to die for. The Antal 30th has increased bass output over the EX model. Both the Comete and Antal have a level of refinement not possible with the EX line. And they are drop dead gorgeous. Keep the grills off so the magnificent tweeter is prominently displayed. It looks really cool.

Warning: Sam Tellig of Stereophile loves the 30th Anniversary Comete. In his February 2011 review, just hitting the newsstand, he states, "The Cometes brought these performances to life in a way few other speakers have for me, and at any price...the midrange and treble refinement...
